End-user licence agreement

This agreement is between Sugar Systems SIA, ⟨registered address⟩, Latvia, registration number ⟨registration number⟩ ("we", "us") and the organisation that installs Sumline ("you"). You accept it when you install the app from the Atlassian Marketplace, alongside Atlassian's own Marketplace terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Sumline on the Atlassian cloud sites where you install it, for as long as your subscription (free or paid) is active. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
2. Subscription and payment
Sumline is free for sites with up to 10 users. Above that it is billed by Atlassian under the Atlassian Marketplace terms at the price shown on the listing. Atlassian handles invoicing, taxes and refunds under its own policies; we do not process payments.
3. Your data
The app processes your Jira data inside your Atlassian site and stores only a short-lived cache and your settings in Atlassian-hosted storage, as described in our privacy policy. We do not receive or hold a copy of your data. You remain responsible for your Jira content and for who you grant access to your site.
4. Support
We provide support through email at [email protected] during business hours in Riga, Latvia, and aim to answer within one business day. Support covers the app's own behaviour; it does not cover Jira configuration or Atlassian platform incidents.
5. Availability and changes
The app runs on Atlassian's Forge platform and depends on Atlassian's availability. We may update the app at any time; updates are delivered through the Marketplace. We may discontinue the app with at least 90 days' notice on the listing.
6. Warranty and liability
The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that its numbers are suitable for any particular purpose, that it is error-free, or that it will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes its storage from your site. We may terminate this licence if you breach it and do not cure the breach within 30 days of notice.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.
